One subscription, sold to vendor organizations. Glazing contractors use Glass Bid at no charge.

Vendor subscription

Listed in the vendor directory contractors search.
Receive requests for quote sent to your organization.
Submit priced bids on the requests you receive.
Unlimited members of your organization, at no extra cost.
Email support with a one business day response target.

Billing terms

Currency. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes, if any apply to your jurisdiction, are shown at checkout.
Renewal. The subscription renews automatically on the same calendar day each month until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file.
Trial. TODO: state the trial length, or 'No free trial is offered.'
Statement descriptor. Charges appear on your statement as TODO: statement descriptor (e.g. GLASSBID).
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
Price changes. We will email the billing contact at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Cancelling before the next renewal avoids the new price.

You can cancel at any time — see the cancellation policy. Refund eligibility is set out in the refund and dispute policy.

Promotions

We are not running any promotional offer, discount, or coupon at this time. If we do, its full terms — what it discounts, who qualifies, when it starts and ends, and what you are charged when it ends — will be published on this page and in the terms of service before the offer is available.
