Cancellation policy
Last updated TODO: Month D, YYYY.
You can cancel at any time
A vendor subscription to Glass Bid has no minimum term, no contract period, and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time, for any reason.
How to cancel
Either of these works:
- In the app. Sign in as an admin of your organization, open Subscription, and choose Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect as described below; no email or phone call is required.
- By email. Write to TODO: support@your-domain from the address on the account, naming your organization. We will confirm within one business day.
Only an admin of the organization can cancel its subscription. Members who are not admins should ask an admin, or email us.
When cancellation takes effect
At the end of the paid period. Your subscription stays active through the period you have already paid for and does not renew. You keep directory visibility and the ability to bid until then; when the period ends, access closes as described below. You are not charged again after you cancel.
Changed your mind? Until the period ends you can resume the subscription from Manage billing on the Subscription page, and it will renew as before.
What happens to your data
- Your organization and its members' accounts remain; you can sign in.
- Requests for quote you already received, and bids you already submitted, stay readable.
- Your organization is hidden from the vendor directory, receives no new requests, and cannot submit new bids.
- Nothing is deleted on cancellation. To have your organization's data deleted, email TODO: support@your-domain.
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe at any time from the Subscription page. Billing restarts from the day you resubscribe at the price then published on the Pricing page; your organization, members, and history are still there.
Cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel a subscription for non-payment, or for a breach of the terms of service. Except where the account was used fraudulently or unlawfully, we refund the unused portion of a period we cancel.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges; whether an already-paid charge is refunded is covered by the refund and dispute policy.
